Where do you ship, and what are the restrictions?Updated 2 hours ago
Quick answer: We ship vapor products to most of the U.S. through a growing network of specialized regional carriers, but federal and state law block some destinations entirely and limit others to specific flavors. Check your location below before you order — if we can't ship to you, you'll also see a notice at checkout.
What the PACT Act means for your order
In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the federal PACT Act broadened the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids, and vaping accessories. As of March 27, 2021, this law requires online retailers to collect applicable state and local excise taxes on vaping products and to require an adult signature on deliveries.
Because the major national carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) no longer move most vapor mail, we ship these products through a network of 20+ regional and local carriers. That network is expanding, so if we can't reach you today, it's worth checking back.
States and areas we can't ship to
We're currently unable to ship vapor products to the following states:
- Alaska
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Delaware
- Georgia
- Hawaii
- Maine
- Nebraska
- New Hampshire
- North Carolina
- Ohio
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Vermont
We also can't ship to these U.S. territories:
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- American Samoa
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
We cannot ship to APO/FPO/AE military addresses.
State-specific flavor and sales rules
In some states we can ship, but only certain products are allowed:
- California — flavor ban. Only unflavored e-juice and base ingredients (PG/VG) are permitted; no flavor additives.
- New York — sales ban. All e-liquid sales are prohibited under Bill S.7506.
- Massachusetts — tobacco-flavored nicotine products only. Zero-nicotine e-liquid is still permitted in all flavors.
- New Jersey — tobacco flavors or flavorless e-juice only.
- Rhode Island — tobacco-flavored e-juice only.
How long shipping takes
- Non-vape products (hardware and accessories only): 2–5 business days.
- Vape / nicotine products (via specialized regional carriers): 6–20 business days.
For orders heading to the Midwest and Eastern U.S., your package may move through a two-step regional hand-off, so tracking updates can be sporadic while it travels between sorting hubs.
Adult signature on delivery
An adult signature (21+) is required on deliveries to Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and New York. Someone 21 or older must be present to sign and show a valid government photo ID. This service carries an additional carrier charge, reflected in your shipping cost at checkout.
Coupons and discounts
New Jersey (Bill S1647) and New York (Bill S.7506) prohibit coupons, price reductions, and rebates on tobacco and vapor products, including online promo codes. If you're in either state, discount codes won't apply at checkout.
