• If your order has not shipped we are happy to provide a cancellation and refund immediately. 
• If your order has already shipped, and if you want to return the entire order, please do a RTS and give the package back to the carrier without opening and they will cover the return cost for you. We will complete a refund of the cost of the products once returned, but you may be responsible for the outbound shipping cost. Please contact us to let us know if the package is being returned and if you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
• If your package has already shipped, and if you want to keep some portion of your order and return some, then please reach out to us. We can help issue a return label for you and it may or not be covered by us depending on the reason for return.
