I forgot to add a coupon code or coupon not workingUpdated a month ago


FORGOT TO APPLY CODE


If you intended to add a coupon code or thought you did but don't see it applied to your order there's a few ways we can help. 

Please send our customer service team a message at [email protected], we can cancel your order so you can replace it with the discount applied, or we can apply the coupon code back on your account as store credit for what you would have been discounted. 

Please provide our team with the coupon in your message. 


COUPON NOT WORKING

If the coupon is not working please double check the coupon's application to make sure it will apply towards the items you're purchasing, some coupons are for specific items.

Some codes contain Zero's or O's, and in some cases it's hard to distinguish which it is, make sure to copy and paste the code directly from your email so it will apply properly. 

If you are still having issues applying, please reach out before placing your order.


THIRD PARTY COUPONS

If you received a coupon from some where other than Central Vapors directly and its not working, please take a screenshot, or write down the website address where you found the promotion and contact Central Vapors support to verify the promotion is from a trusted source and can help apply the discount if valid.
