How do I find the right coil or pod for my device?Updated 43 minutes ago
Quick answer: Coils and pods fit a specific device family. Check the Key Specs on your device's page, then use the "Compatible Products" row on that page. It lists the exact coils and pods we've confirmed fit.
1. Check the device's own product page
Every device we sell lists its coil or pod family in the Key Specs on the page: resistance range, wattage, and the coil series it takes. Start there and you'll know exactly what to search for.
2. Use the "Compatible Products" row
Scroll down any device or coil page to the "Compatible Products" section:
- On a device page, it shows the coils and pods that fit it.
- On a coil page, it shows the devices that coil goes into.
We match these by hand, so every pairing is one we've actually confirmed, not an auto-guess. You can also browse all replacement coils and pods at centralvapors.com/vape-coils.
3. Watch the look-alike traps
Most mix-ups happen here. Some coil families look alike but are not interchangeable:
- VOOPOO PnP and PnP-X are different systems and don't swap.
- SMOK Nord and RPM lines have several coil families that look similar but fit different pods.
When two coils look close, match the printed series name on the coil and on your pod, not the shape.
Rebuilding your own coils?
That's a different job: you're building the coil, not buying a pre-made one. Our coil-building calculator on the Wick & Wire Tools page works out wraps, wire length, target resistance, and amp draw against your battery's safe limit.
Still not sure?
Tell us your device's exact model name and we'll confirm the coil. Email [email protected]. If you know the resistance printed on your old coil, mention it; that usually narrows it down fast.
