If you need to change some details within your account such as your name, phone number or email address you can do that all within your account area once logged in in the account settings area. 

If you've forgotten your password you can choose the forgot password link and use this to change your password. If you aren't receiving that forgot password link it may be under a different email or spam so make sure to check there. If you still need help, reach out and we can reset your password for you. 

If the system is saying your email is wrong, you may have accidentally signed up with your account and made a typo in your email. Please reach out and we can help locate your account and correct it to the right email address.
